no problem man =] welcome to the boards
hey paul i think you have them backwards....nitrile are the thick blue ones latex are the cheapo crappy ones
interesting i guess ive always been around a shop that just has the good ones on handIt really depends on exactly which you get. All of the nitrile gloves I've seen/used have been far too thin IMO,
As for the Mechanix style gloves, I like to use them when doing more 'involved' jobs, like dropping a trans, pulling a motor, or anywhere I'm using a lot of muscle in tight spaces.
It really depends on exactly which you get. All of the nitrile gloves I've seen/used have been far too thin IMO, but these are perfect: http://www.discountedlatexgloves.com/product/MF-300QUOTE]
I hope I did this quote thing right....
Them are the ones!! one box lasts me about three weeks, fingernails take a beating in a constantly damp environment though. Thanks pmohr!!![]()
I always wear golves, latex not nitrile garbage. Come off the tool trucks, blue and thick as hell. A pair lasts a day and get thrown away, and my wife likes my clean and (relativly) soft hands. I guess I am sorta addicted to them too, cant seem to work without them now.
So which brand have each of you found the best dexterity with?
Cut your fingertips off (from your glove) you protect your hand and you have also your needed dexterity.
