Not a hugh deal, but Tekton tools at Meijers are buy one, get one 50% off.
Wish they had them close to me. Loved the one by my SIL when she lived in michigan.

Damn, just got back from HF too.
I want to pick up their 1/4 torque wrench and something else near that price. Probably more sockets.

I've found their stuff to be hit and miss. Some of the stuff is surprisingly good quality. Some of it not so much. They had two lines of ratcheting wrenches. The ones they clearanced out last year I wouldn't even give the clearance price for. The ones they kept I thought were pretty good.

Maybe they found that out too? I've noticed a lot more is USA made. It is actually an impressive tools section for mass merch retailer like Miejer. Next time I am near their Tekton HQ, I'll stop by and try to find out more specifically it is made.

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong spot. Does anybody know if the Tekton stuff ever goes on sale on Amazon or Home Depot apart from the end of the year sale? It seems like Meijer puts them on sale at least some what often, but the closest one is about 4 hours away. I bought up a lot of the socket sets they make during the 10-15 off of 50 sales they've had and now I found out they have USA made screwdrivers.
