The drill/impact set with 2 batteries is an excellent deal. I have a few of those Masterforce drills and they work great. The chucks are metal and really grip.

I don't think its a bad deal. I think the lowest price was $20 a few years back and it did not include the roller stand.

It's an okay stand for keeping a tool off the ground, nothing spectacular.
