Yes, not at mine either. It is very YMMV but worth checking if you had an interest. Some in the bigger cities may have several stores nearby to get one...

Check your local clearance sections though as there are a number of new deals there. Couple little things I want to pick up from mine for next to nothing. - Paul

Hey guys, one item today on clearance at my Menards worth noting, Masterfoce mini-aviation snips in straight or left/right cut versions for $4.99 at my store. These are not China coo but Taiwan and are very high grade quality. Interesting being smaller snips than normal aviation and thus have a place!

Got my 24" level today. Cherry picked one of the last 3, something tells me even at 14.99 they wont move. If they drop one more time its going to be hard to resist getting all of them.

The magnetic version of that is also going for $19.99 where you can find it. Mine had a magnetic 48" also for like $40, but that is only $20 off regular $60 on it. I can wait for that one a bit more! - Paul

Bag sale starts 12/28 through 1/4. This time it's 15% off. Just got my bag in with the local paper today.

Not good on gift cards.

You can print off a voucher online, in lieu of the bag, or you can stop by the front desk and they will give you a bag.
Its a straight 15% off your purchase, no rebate check or form you have to fill outt.

Quickee on the bag sale: You can go over the top of the bag! Just has to fit in the bag! At checkout last year, I had like 1/2 a cart of stuff and a bag. The checkout lady insisted I get it in the bag! Well i did, but it stuck out the top like 2 ft for a few items! That was ok! These and the 11% sales are good for little stuff that rarely goes on sale or food! You can also go in and out multiple times if you want to buy alot of stuff, just don't rip your bag or lose it. My store ran out of them after a couple days last time and had no more, so no deal for those late to that party. - Paul

I'll mention that this bag sale has to be a nightmare for the cashiers because some folks act like douche bags when they are told they can't put an 8' 4x4 post in the bag and get 11% off. Don't be "that guy"

I think it can stick out 1x the height of the bag....another thought do not forget that HD and Lowes should price match if looking to buy tools (Milwaukee or DeWalt) that Menards does not carry.

Today's (12/28) Chicago Tribune includes a 2015 Calendar with six $5 off $50 coupons. They don't expire until Dec 31 2015 so I just toss them in the glove box so I can get angry that I forgot to them at the end of 2015.

Make sure you ask before you shop on that price match. I asked 2 people at Lowe's. The second being a manager and both said no go. Home Depot said yes if I gave them the bag so it can't be used at both stores.

14% in january, 15% last summer, 15% now, true it had been 20% previously, but it pretty much is what it is....a discount. I love it

Went to Menards last night and found the 20 piece Gearwrench SAE and Metric set marked down to $49.99 from $99.99. Stuck it in the bag and got it for $42 and some change. :thumbup:

That's a competitor pricematch to Sears, hence the red tag. (though clearance is also red) Menards managers loose part of their bonus every time you find a price

Great time to stack with other items they are price matching!

I ended up buying 5 more today with the bag sale. I'll get an official price but I'm willing to mail them flat rate (sans plastic packaging) at cost if anyone missed out on the deal or doesn't have a Menards near them. Wouldn't be more than $29.
