I have the 3/8 drive SAE and Metric socket sets from them, both shallow and deep well. They work good so far. I don’t hit 3/8 drive with anything that hammer too hard though. But, my impacting air ratchet can still rattle stuff down pretty snug. Finish is nice as well.
As for the Harborfreight Pittsburgh Pro sockets, I believe they are only available in 1/2, 3/4, and 1” drive. I have not seen any 3/8 drive Pittsburgh Pro, just the regular Pittsburgh stuff.
For the record, the Pittsburgh Pro stuff is a mix of China and Taiwan sourced stuff. It depends on the item number. This is true for all 1/2, 3/4, and 1” drive sockets. Depends on what harbor freight buys at the time. I have the pro line off 1/2 and 3/4 drive sockets. Good stuff for the price. Different item numbers have different finishes. Dimentianaly the same, but I like the finish that comes on the Chinese ones. The ones from Taiwan are deburred and generally cleaned up better than the Chinese ones before being coated, and you can feel the difference with your fingers. No sharp edges on the ones from Taiwan.
