Menards Prosnap for interior finish

I've found a deal on enough Menards Prosnap to finish the inside of my garage, curious on thoughts about that use.

I'm thinking it would be a bit flimsy in between perlins, but at the price I could line the walls with 1/2" osb and still come in under prorib steel.

Anybody work with it? Is it more or less labor intensive than typical rib panels?

Slightly more intensive. Prosnap is 16" wide vs prorib 36". I have the prorib on my ceiling and gable walls. If you push on it, yes it's a little flimsy and you can't mount anything through it (unless it's a magnet). My walls are 24" OC and what I did for the areas where it didn't match up to a stud was just screwed the panels together. Anything I have hanging on the walls are always on the studs anyhow.

The alternative is do it horizontally but you will always be fighting dust/dirt.
Best part about the steel is it's already painted so once it's up there's no sanding, priming or painting. Wipes off easily.

I've done a few buildings with pro snap, it's definitely more labor intensive than pro rib, but in an interior it probably wouldn't matter so much. The only thing about it is that I've found it's actually a bit more than 16" which is a bit annoying. 1/2 osb would probably be best under it, but it depends on how spaced your perlins are
