This seems like an incredible deal, but after looking into it, I don't think it is quite as good as it looks at first.
First, you need a Metabo (not Hitachi) battery. If you already use Metabo, then great, but few of us here do. To get a battery, you are better off getting the kit for $199 plus shipping (about $30),
so you are now looking at $230, not $99 as posted.
Second, there are comparable deals available that may be a better buy. For example, this Bosch 18V at Lowes is currently $199 (or $179 after commonly available $20 off or 10% off coupons) and comes with a free HEPA rated vacuum accessory kit that includes a second 4.0Ah battery:

So the Metabo kit and Bosch kit are directly comparable (drill, HEPA vacuum, battery, charger), except the Bosch deal comes with an extra 4.0Ah battery.
Both the Bosch drill and Metabo are made in Germany and come with 3 year warranties.
The Metabo is rated at 1.6 ft-lb of impact energy compared to 1.9 ft-lb for the Bosch, so at least in terms of impact energy, the Bosch is a better rotary hammer.
The Metabo is a better (shorter) form factor, but other than that, I don't see the advantage. The Metabo may be a higher-quality build, but I own the Bosch and can state that it is what you'd expect for a German-made tool.
