Metal Bender / Shear Identification?

Hey guys! I've got an old hand shear / bender combo, it's nice and heavy, good quality castings...anybody able to identify it? Several castings on it have the word "Alloy" on them, but when I look online for info, I can't find anything. Anybody have any info? THANKS!

I'm surprised you haven't had a response. I know about nothing in regards to this. I did a search myself thinking Whitney or Roper-Whitney, but could find nothing. Best of luck in your search.

Metric or standard hardware?

I have a Mubea from W. Germany, and it is plate steel. Yours is cast/ductile/or the like.
