metal building insulation

I need to insulate soon. Can tyvek be used on the walls then insulate the inside later. I want to do the roof before I put the skin on to prevent sweating. I looked at prodex for the roof. has anyone used this? I may use it on the walls too. I just want to do it once and do it right, Any suggestions?

I have used the above stuff on two buildings as an 'insulated vapor barrier' as the builder called it. I used the `2" thick stuff on both the walls and roof. I have no problems with condensation or sweating. You can see it in my build thread below.
