I have a new metal building like pictured in the link I will be installing a bathroom and also a shower and kitchen sink. what it the best way to plumb. I hate to drill holes through the metal studs. I thought about running them outside of the walls inside and under cabinets. I would like some opinions and examples.

I would suggest you frame all the walls with wood, including the ones along the steel walls and then rough in and finish as you prefer. Have you already roughed in the water, drains and electric in the slab?

The building is already erected. The insulation will be added when I am finished framing inside rooms and wiring. I am going to to elevate the bathroom 2 foot for my plumbing.
