Metal ceiling

Hello I’m looking to do a white metal roofing ceiling in my shop since osb prices have sky rocketed and I want to paint it anyways if I used osb looking for some
Pics and tips anyone has ecspcially working around the garage door openers installing flush mount outlets ect thanks

You don’t “work around them”, you take them down, run your panels, then reinstall them.

Receptacles (or any other J-boxes) maybe able to stay in place- it would depend on the actual type of metal panel you plan on using.

I have metal on my shop ceiling. I surface mounted all my electrical in conduit. Works well and I can expand as needed.

I have the same question for putting metal wall paneling behind my jackshaft openers mounted to channel. (Had to get the overhead doors put in before we could spray foam and the installer put up the openers already. I kinda figure I'll just cut the panels out to work around the mounting channel but haven't gotten that far yet. Electrical is easy... I only have the main panels in so far.
