Metal chop saw reccomendations?

Milwaukee 14" Dry cut and Morse Metal Devil 7" circular dry cut saw here. Like the dry cuts way better than the abrasives.

What 14" blade is everyone using on their dry saws? The one I got needs to be replaced soon

I usually grab one when I see them on sale. Rural King generally puts the Dewalt blades on sale. Depending if I'm there or what I need, but one or two will keep me going for awhile.

I've had the Milwaukee dry saw for 5 years now. Haven't used my Milwaukee abrasive saw since.

I have found the OSHLUN brand blades very good quality and affordable.

FWIW, when buying the 14" abrasive blades get the 7/64" not the 1/8" smaller kerf and cuts better.

I have a Rage 2 saw and cut up rebar all the time, its ok but the built in vise is cheap and the base is very heavy.

Can anyone recommend a good replacement blade? Are these standard size blades? I pretty much just use it to cut rebar, and the current blade is losing some of its muster

I use a guy who replaces tons of teeth for carpenters that had no problem tuning my blade up once. The second time around I bought a 1472F Diablo. About $105.
On the Makita 12" I use their stock 60 tooth.I use the orighinal on the Milwaukee 8' too.$70 or so.Use a plywood backer and a guide bar when cutting thin sheet metal. Vibration kills these things.I killed the first 2 quick by holding angle and pipe in my hand like you would with 1x2 furring, a 2 by or dowel rods.
Forget it. Use a pipe vice or drill press vice and clamp everything tight.
