I bought a used steel building frame that I would like to make a wider building out of. My idea is to add a lean to. Looking at the cost of stick building the trusses and posts, then adding the sheeting has me now thinking about a hybrid lean to.
I was thinking of having quonset half arches bent for each side , to be ran down both lengths of the building. That way I could anchor at the footing and eve without building the interior frame structure. I know it might be difficult to seal at the eve. All the companies that produce metal trusses have seen had huge shipping charges and I will still have to fit them. Any ideas or suggestions
