Metal garage insulation options

I’m in the process of building my tubular 39x42x12 metal garage. It’s going to be storage for my cars as well as a hobby level workshop. I live in north Texas so the summers are hot and humid and the winters are somewhat cold. I am trying to decide what type of insulation to go with. I’ve read a lot of people saying closed cell spray foam is the best option, but reading on here I see a lot of folks saying spray foam can cause damage to metal surfaces. My end goal is probably to add a mini split down the road and keep the building at a usable temperature: maybe 80 in the summer and 60 in the winter give or take. I’m open to any style of insulation. Fiberglass is obviously much cheaper than spray foam but I also want to ensure I don’t have condensation issues. I do have a vapor barrier under the concrete pad. The building right now is only framed out, I haven’t begun installing sheet metal yet so nothing is out of the question. I’m over budget on what I had planned so cost is somewhat of a factor. That being said I’m only doing this once so if something is a far superior option then that’s not out of the question either. I’d love to hear your thoughts on what my options are and what I need to do to start heading in the right direction. Photo of the shop as it sits

I'm putting in standard fiberglass into the walls for the shop I'm building.
Was considering closed cell. Went standard route due to cost vs benefit.
Are you putting in a ceiling or leaving?
Either way you can put batts on the ceiling as well.
I did read a lot on the spray foam rust issue....to me wasn't worth the risk, but Im not an expert.
Definitely do a mini

Thanks for the input. I haven’t decided on a ceiling yet. It wouldn’t be hard for me to add a ceiling given the shape of the trusses. I’m definitely going to do either osb or Sheetrock on the walls so I’d have insulation between the interior wall and exterior wall but I’m undecided on the ceiling. I wasn’t sure if it would make the building feel smaller. Did you do anything to prevent the fiberglass from absorbing moisture? I think I’ve read of people mentioning that moisture could be an issue with fiberglass insulation and people add some sort of barrier

There is a vapor barrier on the building. Not worried about moisture ever up here in Southern MI.
Whatever route you go sounds like you know what to do - insulate as best as possible.
