I have a 25w x 30l metal workshop/boat storage. It is just a metal building. metal poles run up to metal trusses with just the metal sheeting screwed in to it. Each metal beam is about 42" away from each other. I want to do spray in foam but am afraid it is going to be a lot of money. Any idea how much it would be to do a garage my size with 14 foot roof? If that is too much, I am wanting to do the prodex but I am just not sure how to attach that to the side of my garage. What works the best, sticky tape, glue, screws? Thanks for the help.

I used the prodex insulation and just placed it under the sheet metal when I installed it. Then I used fiberglass insulation and OSB on the inside.

Cost me around $800 for all materials.

I havent insulated the roof yet.

I did a temperature comparison this summer and with the outside air temp at 108 the insulated walls averaged around 100 degrees and the roof was around 140 degrees. Gotta get the roof done so I can work in the summer without melting.
