Metal garage man door issues

Hello all. I had a metal garage built and overall I am happy however I noticed the man door us a little off on the bottom and allowing rain in. Any idea how to adjust it? I reached out to the company I bought it from but have not heard back and would rather fix it myself.

Is it seeping under the sill, or is it a door with no sill?

If it has a sill, you’ll likely have to calk. If there’s no sill, a diamond cup wheel ona 4 1/2” grinder might be used to grind a pitch into the slab, assuming there’s someplace for the runoff to go.

You may want to add a deflector to the lower edge of door to guide the water away, adding a sill plate can help too.

most thresholds are adjustable,if there are screws visible,try turning them counterclockwise at the low end and it should raise the threshold up.

not if they are properly installed, weather-stripped etc etc. and the millions of homes that are inswing, do they leak?

Every entry door I've ever seen is an inswing.

And I'm about to have two inswing doors installed next week on the new shop.

In that "one corner" is all it takes.

If those are steel doors you could try to rack it to straighten it.

Inside the building, Place foot at bottom and pull the top inside the building.

Those doors and threshold don't even look correct.
It looks like the door closes on the inside instead of on top of the threshold.

Eta. Not familiar with outswing doors.

Is that an outswing that was used as an inswing?
