ease of construction, vs framing. a good bit
hard to finish off the inside.
I have a metal versa tube building, had the company erect it.
been finishing off and running power etc, lot more work than a wooden structure to finish.

i have a metal 24x36. Its my shop i work it in. it gets dirty, it smells and it does everything i need it to do. Yes the inside is hard to work with when hanging shelves or cabinets but other than that i have no complaints. it is insulated and and can be loud inside at times but im very pleased. If you want a place to work the price and value of a nice metal building is hard to beat.
