I have a 12' tall eve height and I need to know if there is any tricks to getting my 3' wide by 19' long metal panels up on the roof without kinking them.
Thanks!

The only thing I can suggest is either build a support ramp out of 2x to help you slide / support the roof panels until they are on the roof.

Or.

Lift the panels up parallel to the edge of the roof eave so they are oriented up and down (like a beam, instead of flat like a plank). Once you get them up and over the eave they can be set flat on the roof deck and then pivoted into place.

Or.

Lift a few of them at a time bound together. I'd think the more panels you lift at once the greater the resistance to bending as they can support eachother.

Perhaps other can offer better suggestions as I've never worked with metal roof panels before.

The first two are most difficult (you have no where to stand and work at that point), but after that it is easy. (Assuming your roofing material is the same gauge as mine was.)

We would lift a panel to the edge (eve) then slide it up on the main part of the roof. There was never any threat of kinking, and if you worry about finish you can drop some duct tape on the edge you are dragging along, I found it unnecessary. With 19' pieces you may find a helper below pushing may be useful, mine were about 17' and I did about half the roof single handed.

The guy that did mine had fabed up an angled rack that fit on the front loader of a JD tractor. He would drill all the pilot holes and load the rack. Then he could drive it to where it was most convenient to pull up on the roof. That was 7 years ago. He did another house for me this year, quite a bit higher, and used a Snorkle-type articulated boom with a similar rack. The height was greater but the length was less.

I made a system that I mounted to the roof edge that had a pvc roller on it and used an extension ladder for it to slide on, I should have just figured a mount out for the ladder. I mounted it to the roof perlins so I could pull 2-3 sheets up before I had to move it. Worked great, was cheap and kept the panels from kinking or getting scratched.
