Hi,I just finished getting my shop up.Insulation was installed before the roof went on.I should have put insulation up before the walls went on but it didn't work out that way.Question is what can I do for insulation for the walls?I am concerned about moisture on the inside walls. Here is a picture of what I have. Thanks,John

I had a similar situation....my solution was to take metal studs and cut tabs in each end, and then screw them to the girts/base on 18-24" centers.

We slipped insulation behind the studs and they hold this just fine. You can then cover this with OSB/drywall/plywood/whatever. You can see in my build thread that I chose drywall.

You have really done well with your project. The insulation you have up there on your walls,is it faced on the side that goes against the metal siding?I could probably do something like you did.

If you don't have insulation already purchased, I'd think foam would be the way to go, 4x8 sheets. When you install additional (after building) insulation that is what is often used.

No, it's not faced on either side. But I'm in AZ so condensation is not an issue....not sure if it is for you.
