Not metallic, but metalflake. Like you'd see on an early custom or bike. I swore I clinked on a link from someone here that had it but it they were in Jersey or something. Has anyone ever seen this type of floor? I'm still cleaning mine but I'm considering some kind of coating. It'd be nice to do something different.

do you mean something like http://www.originalcolorchips.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=5 ? If so I used this on my neighbors floor (silver). I added it to a wolverine chip mix and it looks amazing.

The chips are cool too but not quite what I'm after. I've only seen a few floors like this and really dig 'em. I know it's a pretty loud (visually) but think it would go nicely with what I'd like to do.

I think it is what original color chips has. They have it listed as glitter effects I think. I think that is what you are looking for. It is listed as silver sparkle effects as I just looked at my demo box I have from them. It resembles the look of metallic and it is not in chip form but in little round pieces. If that isn't it then I don't know what you are looking for.

We have metallic glitter DecoFlake in silver. It has holographic properties, that is it will reflect back different colors even in the presence of only white light. Kind of neat looking.

IllumiFlakes are very light weight, and a little goes a long way. We just had a customer order 1.5 lbs of it mixed it with 25 lbs of red and 25 lbs of black DecoFlakes to be sprinkled on about 900 sq ft of gray epoxy, should look sharp.

Below are a couple of photos, I hope to get some better ones eventually.

We have a multi-color flake, our HEX Multi Color you mix with the Clear coat. A couple bucks per gallon will give you a GREAT look. These are a VERY tiny flake with a HUGE glow/glitter. They glow Blue / Green / Yellow / Red / Violet -- VERY COOL

The DARKER the background the better. Plus SUNLIGHT will make the glitter shine the best. Without natural light they are NOT as dramatic.

We also have a Diamond (like a playing card) shape that you add to the chips. They are MUCH more expensive per SQFT. With the small hex Less than $5 should do MOST garages, With Diamonds it costs more like $25. Even though the size of the glitter is MUCH smaller the 'glow' is just as dramatic.

They also look VERY cool with a SOLID base (Black / Navy / Hunter Green) NO CHIPS, then add the clear coat with the glitter. LESS than $.60/ SF for a VERY Cool look. 100% UV stable. Primer / Base / Tint / Clear INCLUDED.

Below is SAMPLE of Black with Hex Multi-Color.

PM me I will MAIL you a Sample of this On BLACK / Navy / or Hunter Green for FREE. Post Card SIZED Sample.

Fred, that custom order you speak of was mine

I'm hoping it arrives tomorrow so we can begin working on the floor this weekend. I can't wait to see what the red/black/metal flake is going to look like on the floor.....
