No, I`m not talking about Ironworkers or Shopsmiths. I have been looking for a Watervliet handheld Planishing Hammer or similar, and missed out on one a few weeks ago. Does anyone have any interesting pieces to share with us? Small Pullmax , Lenox or similar forming machines, cast wheeling machines, marchant portable shrinker/stretchers, etc, etc......I`m not looking to buy, necessarily, but after 30 years doing this, there are still machines I haven`t seen or heard about. Want to help with my Continuing Education, anyone?

Sorry only 10 different makers, 3 variations of one and 2 of another, spent the day organizing shop info on tools. Had stuff is 3 different places.... organized yes, poorly yes. Also have a P5 power head going on a c-frame to make a PT-5 pullmax. Having bad shoulders and knees don't help!

I have a friend that is building a repop Watervliet hammer that he'll be selling. I'll let you know when it is ready.

I just talked to him, his name is Renato and his phone number is 604-888-9388; which is in the Vancouver BC area.

I have a small Pullmax style machine. Bought it as NOS from a copper mine years ago. Put it on wheels so I can push it off in the corner when I'm done using it. Been a great machine.

Here's an old photo from shortly after I picked it up.

Metalmeet & Allmetalshaping are 2 great sites for metalshaping info & tools.

Baileigh is a great place to find metal shaping machines.
Chris Rusch has designed & built some really nice equipment there & Shane is usually the best guy to talk to about them.
