All most all the combo style ones are.going to have some spaces in them for a few circuits. The only other wa is to get a separate meter and enclosure with a main breaker and attach them with a ******. What size is the service

A meter can and either provision for, or a factory installed, main breaker are manufactured, check the Eaton B-Line (former Circle AW Products) catalog and other manufacturers offer it also.

Theres a alot of Circle AW stuff out here in the valley. Mainly combination meter mains. Seem to hold up well. Some of it is on homes from the 70s and 80s

Circle AW started in Modesto, & for smaller installs of non residential metering they had most of the market.

We use a lot of Square D combination panels with the meter base and circuit breakers accessible from the outside of the structure.
