Metric Fitting for Welder's Gas Input

I got a second gas cylinder (and thus a second regulator and gas hose) so I could start welding aluminum. The hose that came with the regulator has 5/8" x 18 male flare fittings on both ends. I have an HTP Pro Pulse 200 Welder and it has a male M14 x 1.5 flare fitting on it.

I figured I'd just cut off one of the 5/8 x 18 and put the appropriate fitting to how directly up to my welder then. Only problem is, I can't find the fitting I need!

The hose is a 3/16" ID, so I'd need a 3/16 barbed fitting to an M14x1.5 Inverted Flare, or a combination of fittings that would get me to that point. Anyone got any help? I've spent a while searching and can't find anything I need, but I know it exists because the hose that came with the welder has this type of fitting on it!

Thanks!

Can you change the metric fittings to 5/8-18 gas hose fittings? That may be easier than finding the metric fitting. Otherwise, you may need to order it from HTP.
