Metric only tape measure

Does anyone know of any decent metric only tape measures available in the us? I work for a German company and all our measurements are in metric, which is a much easier system IMO. All the tape measures available seem to be both imperial and metric which is a pain in the but because the metric side always ends up being on the wrong side of the blade from the work I'm measuring. I'd be nice to beable to get a Stanley PowerLock or something similar but I can't seem to find any here in the US. I did find some off brands on Amazon but they have mixed reviews.

My gut tells ms McMaster-Carr, but I don't see any listed. I've had great experiences with them finding things not listed though. Send an update nquiry through their website.

Thanks, tried that route already. That is actually who we deal with mostly at work.

Thanks, for the replys. After looking more I found this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ELMSXS4/?tag=atomicindus08-20. Also I did find some on McMasters site, I must have missed them last time.

I haven't tried those, but the red and yellow Starretts are really poor quality.

The Fastcaps are decent.

I've bought Stanleys from these 2 sellers on ebay. A little pricey, but I can't find them for less from a US merchant. I've always used Stanley tapes, so I ponied up and bought 2 each.

Lufkin has metric only tapes, but I've never used one.

How about asking the home office in Germany if you can buy some of the tape measures they use. They could ship them over. Might be less than you think.

Klein makes and sells one.
Pretty sure I have one out in the garage somewhere, I bought it by accident.
Pretty sure I have a metric Lufkin at work.

I have one of these for the European jobs. Just search Amazon for "Fisco", they're top-notch tapes!

Metric marine and industrial might have some. I have used them at work and quality of their products is good but website is a little hard to search.

Comparing Stanley to Fisco is like comparing a club boxer to Mohamed Ali. Fisco by knockout in the first round.

I have to agree here. These seem to be one of the better metric tape measures easily available. I do like it, but the brake broke on mine after a couple months of use. The brake is chintzy plastic. I bought another since there aren't many decent metric tape measures and this one has lasted a year or two.

I was in a closeout store. Women were scooping up tape measures cheap. They were Lufkin metric. I grabbed a couple. I wonder how many were later disappointed to find out they were metric. My nieces boyfriend works industrial construction. One of the plants he worked at was owned by Germans. Everything there was metric. I gave him one and kept one.

Used to sell the Lufkin years ago. They were pretty durable.
