Does anyone know of a good website where I can get v belt, metric bore pulleys from? I searched a few times for them but all I could really find were cogged timing belt pulleys with a metric bore. I need one for my belt sander/grinder project.
And no, I don't have access to a lathe to make my own.

Damn, I thought I put that info in there.
The shaft is 10mm, the pulley needs to be 2.5'' dia(+/-), and the belt is a 4l260 belt. http://www.grainger.com/product/DAYTON-V-Belt-4L260
I'm still leaning about belts and pulleys sizes and all the different kinds that exist.
My belt sander works right now but it vibrates REALLY bad and makes a lot of noise. It seems to be coming from the pulley on the belt drive shaft.

So did you spend a bit of time finding what you need in the catalog I linked to? If I remember the hubs are on page 254 or there abouts.

Well, I just looked through that catalog and nothing seems to have that small of a bore. The smallest I could find was 1/2'' and 14mm bore.
So the hunt continues...
