Metric Tubing

I need to repair a set of exhaust manifolds, but they are metric tubing. I'm having trouble sourcing any and I cannot use standard size. I need 35mm and 45mm with 1.5 mm wall thickness, mild steel.

Anyone have a US based source?

Parker fittings sells some stuff in metric. Here is some of their tubing. It comes in 2mm for wall thickness though.
