I think my touch pad is not working properly. When I want to take the plow up or down, it works fine and relatively quickly. When I want to angle it left or right it is sluggish but does make noise if it does not move. I had a new solenoid installed on it about a month ago when it would not respond at all. I also seem to need to find the sweet spot on the pad to activate it. Can you take the pad apart and clean the contacts? Could they have installed the wrong solenoid. I try to fix things myself but did not have time the last time so I had it done by a farm shop. I hate to mess with it too much as we have 4-6 inches due in the next 24 hours but as soon as we get a change in the weather I plan to try and fix it.
The pump system was rebuilt a couple of years ago and the system is about 9 years old but is only used for my 48 space parking lot and not commercially.

Put it straight and get the job done.
Use the back blade to pull the snow out a ways so the trails don't bury the walkways
If there is just this 1 job, Plan your layout, Survive this job to get to a better time of clear weather

Are you sure there is enough fluid in the reservoir?
See if there is any difference between angle speed if the plow is up,... or down close to or even on the ground.
If the truck is moving, the angle shouldn't have any trouble changing direction while the cutting edge is on ground

In a pinch...
Try to set it up so all the "same angle roll-over runs" are done at the same time,
then change the angle direction and get the others.

If it moves really slow or not at all during a most inopportune time,
Put a corner of the blade against a curb, and then press the button plus JUST A VERY LITTLE FORWARD PRESSURE. Move it to straight forward.....
Just to get the current job done. Dont try that any more than ABSOLUTELY necessary

I can think of a couple of possibilities.

Low on fluid. (Simply add more)

Water/ice in the reservoir. (Warm pwer unit, drain and flush with fresh fluid, fill to proper level)

Been there, done that. The pump got water in it due to a seal with a slight leak. About 1/4 of the way thru winter, colder than all get out, blade wouldn't angle. Checked fluid and it was up but had a "frothy" look to it. Parked in the garage, drained, flushed, refilled, good to go.

Depending on the model of the pump and if it's an E47 or E60 this may be of some help;

This isn't to say the touchpad isn't getting hokey, but at least the link provided will give you a place to start troubleshooting.

Hope this helps.

You can download the service manual on Meyer's website. It is very useful and at the end is a step by step troubleshooting section. Left angle is the default on Meyer plows (only the big motor solenoid is activated, none of the valves). So the fact that you can raise and lower is good. If the motor runs when going to angle left then the controller is working fine. You likely have a bad quick coupler or water/ice in the angling rams, both pretty common. If it angles left when pushing right you need to check that you are getting power and magnetism at the c-valve.
