Assuming you mean a 3 1/2 ton, if its leaking from the pump piston and the rod surface is good, you need to simply replace the orings that reside in the groove. Replacement orings can be found at your local hydraulic shop or at various online retailers, if you have a shop you can take the old orings and pump piston with you so they can best match them up. If you intend on ordering them online you will need to get the correct ID and cross section.

I also have the G735 7000# blue floor jack w/ the speedy lift option. Who did you call at Sams to get a new piston? I believe the Chinese mfr of these jacks is MVP Industries.
I found this place on-line that carries MVP seals and the photo of the ram cup seal and tank o-rings / ram seal is the correct type: http://www.hcrcnow.com/shop/seal-kits/mvp/5216
Hope this helps someone.
