I bought this house about 5 months ago, and just moved in 2 months ago. It was a foreclosure and i have put about 16k into the house and its not finished, the the shop has gotten little attention, but of course, it has gotten some. The barn is a 40x40, with one big side being 25', and the smaller portion about 15'. The 15' area is a drive through, with doors on both ends. The back of the big area has a 15x25 or so room that will be the future man cave/game room. The big area will be for mechanical/electrical work and the drive through area will be for lawn equipment/wood shop in order to keep the mess from the important area!
