Built in 2000. 1250 square feet. 10 foot ceiling, central vac., 200 amp service underground, half bath. I've read much on this site regarding cabinets. I have used old steel kitchen cabinets from the '50's. The setup with the porcelain sink is from the home that I grew up in. 1951 Youngstown brand. I saved them in my barn for 25 years.

The corner set of cabinets are 1952 Beautycraft, made in Baltimore Maryland. I removed these from a friends old house exactly one year ago. He was remodeling and offered them for free! I spent last January, stripping, priming and painting. I had stainless countertops made for the cabinets.

The left side of the garage is for storeage and daily drivers.

The shop is used often to refinish antique furniture. I lay out tarps and large sections of cardboard when stripping and refinishing. This room has been covered in dust on many occasions.

For more pictures, follow the link and turn up the volume. Hope you enjoy.

I love those cabinets. You did an oustanding job refinishing them. The slide show was good, but I'd prefer to view the pics at my own pace. Would probably check them out a little longer. Great job!

Awesome garage, but how does everyone work in thier garages and keep them clean?

Do wood and metal cutting outside if at all possible. Then just clean up after each thing you do so it doesn't get too messy. Epoxy or tiles also make cleaning the floor a breeze. I just use a swiffer and it leaves the floor spotless.

I got the same cabinets out of a house that was going to be torn down this summer. I was going to paint them red. Then, the other day, I decided on black. NOW, I want red again!

Seriously......looks awesome!

Mickey, Mickey, it's so fine.
Your garage just blows my mind!
Hey Mickey! :bounce:

Sorry.
My wife tells me I shouldn't do things like that.

But I really do like your garage office.
