The other day I was in the at store looking for shop rags and microfiber cloths and I was like:

So I went on Amazon and found 144 microfiber cloths for $49.99

And a 100 pack of red shop towels for $18.00.

Am I getting ripped off? Or is there a better deal out there?

Guess it depends on the intended use. MF towels are just like any product as you get what you pay for and after spending hours doing paint correction on a car's finish, the quickest way to reverse that process is by using a cheap towel.

I buy the red shop towels at Sam's Club... have not bought any for years but if I remember correctly I spent about $12 for 100.
