mid rise lift question

mid rise lift question UPDATED WITH PICS

has anyone used national auto tools? looking at the nmr-6 mid rise lift, seems to me that it is like the same one that forward offers? any comments or thoughts are appreciated.

Alright, i went ahead and purchased the lift 1395.00 free delivery ( i did have it delivered to my work because of the stated shipping weight of 1000 lbs. and did not feel like lifting it from a stright truck or semi. i was told from another supplier that it could not be put on a lift gate because of the weight?? so it went on a car trailer and with help we slid it off of the back down the ramps.) and it is a lot heavier made than i had expected. the specs to me seem as if it is the same 6,000 lbs. lift that all of the large suppliers are carrying. it is a 48 inch lift and comes with three different sets of pads and two different sets of height adjusters.
