First the ground work, stripping topsoil, & pouring the grade beam

Covered the dirt with gravel, poly & rebar, no floor heat for this guy, just don't care for it.

Had trouble finding concrete guys, ended up spending most of the winter working, but found some time to hang the clean burn furnace & get the tin on ceiling put up. We also got the walls insulated and OSB hung, didn't get any pics of it though.

And then finally today we poured the floor, trucks showed up around 9 but we didn't finish pouring till 1230, 2 loads got stopped by DOT's b/c of spring road bans. The floor is 6" thick, 30 MPA concrete, think it works out to 4300 PSI. The guys finished troweling around 7pm, I haven't been back out there to take some finished pictures.

Made some more progress in the last couple days, 8x12 bathroom/storage room below, office up top, and a 4 foot mezzanine for more storage, below the mezzanine is where the workbench will be. Should be painting by the weekend!
