mig regulator LPM or CFH?

looking at flow meters for a mig welder and notice some of the pictures have the tubes labeled differently.

I don't see a question in your post. What is it your looking for? I want to say it is just like a thermometer that has degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit on the same readout. Two different scales for measuring the same thing.

Looking at the pics on eBay. There is one labeled LPM on the tube. and other sellers have flow meters labeled CFH. I just don't want to buy the wrong one for MIG welding with 75/25 mix of gas (argon)

One is metric the other is imperial. LPM (Litres per minute) is what the rest of the world use and CFH (Cubic feet per hour) is for America. Both will work.
