MIG regulator question

my tank ,with the regulator on it, took a header off the back of my cart and smashed the regulator so i need a new one for my Hobart 140....are regulators all the same ???...i looked at the harbor freight one and it felt cheap to turn but does a cheap regulator matter ???...just trying to figure out my options while i search locally

i'd head to the LWS.
no experience with the HF model, but ive had a cheap regulator start leaking in the past

That is a good price and I may take that suggestion. But, before doing, does anyone know if it is worth trying to rebuild a regulator? The Victor on my TIG started leaking out of the blue, no abuse or hits. I looked at the innards and I do not see any reason for it to be acting up. Is there a good place to find a kit for these things?
