I've been wanting to create some sort of tool holding device that mounts to the tank on my MIG welder for a while. Finally got tired of fishing my MIG pliers out of the chain support holes in my welder and looking for my nozzle dip and spatter spray. This is what I ended up with.
Used a bunch of scraps, 1/2" pipe for hinge, 1/2" bolt for the pin and clamp, 4"x4" for nozzle dip, 3" od pipe for spatter can, 2"x2" sq, 2" od and 1 1/4" od tube for the rest. The tank diameter is 7" and laid things out around a wood circle to tack things up.
Not bad for a bunch of junk and a couple hours of messing around.
