Has any one ever used a sp 200 Lincoln mig gun it also has a spool gun was wondering how hot these welders burn an if it would weld 0.45 hard wire an if it is a good Welder. Any help please thanks

Older model. Parts may or may not be available (things like drive rolls :D )

Factory wire feed sizes (drive roll) were 0.023 to 0.035.

Can take 12" diameter spools.

Rated at 200 amps and 26 volt output with a 60% duty cycle. Needs a 60 amp breaker/fuse and 8 gauge copper wire when used on 240V AC input power.

Wire feed speed says 50-400 ipm.

The manual lists some procedures for welding with 0.068 Innershield (FCAW-G) wire (NR-211 and NR-152 single-pass ). Mentions 0.072 Innershield wire as well.
