Looks like a torque wrench. Probably 150 or 250 ft/lbs. Note on auctions, be very patient there will always be another. Don't bid high starting bids, check the interest first. Looks like alot of household there too. Tools may go for a good price. Deals will be there maybe not on what you want. Just remember a good deal will come back around. Especially in today's economy.
