Military Bicycle Wrench ID

Hey Fellas,

Was hoping to ID this 5-1/2" bicycle wrench that is only labeled "<US> and Made In U.S.A.
Info like the manufacturer; I suspect Mossberg. And whether it was of designated military issue? Also, which era?
