Military Signal Corps Tool Set TE-11

Thought some of you folks that collect WWII military memorabilia might enjoy seeing this. Not mine but part of a collection I picked through this past weekend. Amazing condition kit that has 75% of it's contents stamped with the kit number. The locks/keys are even original. The other 25% or so has been filled with period correct examples. It's not my kind of thing, plus the gent wanted both arms, legs and a sperm generator for it.

Thanks for posting that, Todd. It's rare to see one in that condition. Clean and nearly complete, with not only the locks and keys, but the packing list intact. As mainly an Ordnance Dept collector, I always get a kick out of how splendiferous the Signal Corps and Corps of Engineers kits are in comparison. The ORD was utilitarian in comparison.

I wonder if the guys knows that pick in the little slot by itself in the bottom drawer goes inside the handle of the file card in the drawer two slots to the left?

Really nice, but I long ago gave up collecting tools which would lose value if used. Nothing on the place which can't be used for its' intended purpose.

Very Nice, and an interesting price too...lol My uncle was in the Signal Corps pre Vietnam (Cambodia radio station best we can tell). He would have paid that price to have it....
