Miller Falls Plane I.D. help?

This plane doesnt have the normal MF tool number stamped on the side, can anyone help me ID the model? Thanks.

Size would make it a #8. Could be #9 if it's wider. #8 was 1.75" wide, #9 was 2"wide. Both were about 9" long.

was it normal to just have the grey paint and no tool ID number on the side like other Miller Falls? What year period were these from, this one is in good shape overall. Thanks!
