Miller Gen 3 Welding Helmet Suspension

Hi Guys,

I just replaced my helmet suspension with this new one, it's super comfy but I can't figure out how to tighten the drop down tension on this new suspension.

My old suspension you just tightened the outside nuts and it would make it hold up/open firmer, this new one won't stay up and flops in my face whenever I try to look at something without the mask in my face.

I found on the older Elites that if you took off the o rings under the knobs you had better control.
