I just found this for sale. I'm not sure of the condition but looks well used. What are your opinions?

Those machines are bullet proof. If the leads are good it's worth that all day long. On the negative side it's only an a/c machine.

I'm pretty sure it is an old thunderbolt. If the leads are in good condition and it runs good (kinda hard to kill). I'd say $100 is a fair deal. Not the best, but you're not getting robed either. Basically the miller equivalent to the iconic lincoln "tombstone" AC225.

LOL at the guys ad. "Old school" cough hipster cough :lol_hitti

$100 for an early Thunderbolt is pretty steep IMHO. I see those go for $20-75 pretty regularly but you might not have the luck. FWIW, those are basically the miller equivalent of the cheap "tombstone" Lincolns.

Thanks for the input. Maybe I'll save my money and buy exactly what I want. I could probably find something in better condition.

What exactly do you want? It is a good basic stick machine. Not feature packed, but more than capable of producing some good work. Plus dude, the cart is free. Talk about a selling feature.
