Got a line on this MIG welder. I am going to see it tomorrow. Seller says it is a year old but never used. Doesn't include gun or tank (not even sure if either was standard equipment when these were still being sold new. Was asking $900 bucks, but says he will take $600. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. What do ya think? Anyone know how this differs from the Millermatic 212, which replaced the 210?

Thanks,
Rob

The mm210 is a awesome welder. I also would offer $500.00 cash but haggle in person not on the phone. You can get a good deal on a gun off ebay, also look for the spoolgun too. $600.00 is a good price for a mm210, some guys even like it better than the212. If it was near me I would buy it.

Thanks. I thought it sounded like a good deal. He started at $900 and I offered $500, which is how we ended up at $600. But he actually threw in a "used" gun as well, so I'm pretty happy about the deal. Going to pick it up this morning.

I picked up my MM250X with gun, extra tips, extra liner, box full of odds and ends, and nearly full tank for under $900. Granted, it was used many years but not abused.

I'm a bit curious why it wouldn't come with at least the gun - even if it was never used. You typically purchase or rent the tank from the supplier, so that is separate from the machine.

$1500 for a new MM212. $170 for M15 Gun for the MM210.
