Try posting over on the official Miller forums. There are several repair guys who post regularly there.

Did you try to power it up? Want doesn't it do? I believe a quick internet search should bring up a wiring diagram. I've put a ton of hours on 35s and they are great welders.

Miller has all their manuals available online:

There are three versions available for the 35S, but the only one that I see having any electrical diagrams is the 01301B revision. I'm not sure if that'll be correct for your machine depending on when it was made, so just be aware of that.

Hopefully this gets you the info you need.

Not familiar with this particular model, but start checking voltages. The trigger must be working as it turns on the gas.

Is the drive motor getting power when you pull the trigger?

The relays/contactors do go bad. Sometimes pulling them and reseating works.

Troubleshooting is about accepting the function of the unit you work on. It knows how to function.
You have to acceot and understand that.
A good start is a manual but most important is
that you do understand it. Matthew Crawfords " Shop Class as Soulcraft" is a good starter.

First thing to check on any wire feed welder is the relay contacts. They are constantly arcing and burning. Run a points file through them and see if it helps.

i have done that and still no power to feed motor. the motor works if you apply power directly to it.

I have one. Right now I'm having problems with the wire feed not working but I've used it quite often and it's a great machine. What can I do to help you

It looks like we are both having the same problem. I have recently texted a welding repair shop that's in the next town over to see if they can help. And taking a meter to it everything I found was going to AC when there should be a bridge rectifier that turns it to DC. The wire feed was getting weaker and weaker on me so apparently it must be a diode or a rectifier that is finally gone. I'll keep you informed and what I find with mine so that you may get yours back and running. Papa Smurf
