ID'd as Millers Falls - Thanks! - Picked this up in a lot of tools yesterday. Been looking around and can't seem to figure out the manufacturer. I looked on Alloy Artifacts for the MF logo but didn't find anything. Any help is much appreciated.

It looks like Millers Falls. Check out 3Bay’s post on page 2

I believe that Penens made the socket line for them. Somewhere on the site is a pic of Millers Falls ratchet, which is clearly Penens made. That breaker bar has all the hallmarks of being made by the same people.

I've never seen these before. The "MFD." points that way, too. The most interesting part of the connection to PENENS (i.e., Plomb, or PTII) for me is the rectangle around the logo. Just like the [S.R.] tools.
I was thinking the same thing. To me, it adds to the connection between the SR tools and the Plomb/Proto empire. 3Bay’s ratchet with logo is shown in the second picture.
