Am I safe in assuming this is an average 1970s Miller's Falls model ? What's a minimum to max price ? The other guard is NOT available from the seller..

That's a new one on me. Every other Millers Falls grinder I've seen was made by Kingston-Conley, but that model is totally different..

With the missing parts I wouldn't pay more than $20 for it. I would also expect to replace the bearings as they dry up over time regardless of use.

I wouldn't buy it missing the guard and other pieces. If you really want it, $10-20.

I'd use it as a buffer, that way you'd don't need the guard.

+1 to not overpay as even auction price would top out at $25 to $30 or so.

These are great bench grinders but parts are hard to come by. I own the same model but rebranded by Porter Cable.
