Millers Falls Tool Company

I have had the luck to acquire a Millers Falls Right Angle Drill attachment.

It threads in the main thread of a hand held drill with the chuck removed. You then thread the chuck on to the other end of the tool.

See attached pics.
ON the paperwork the copy write date is 1964.
Would this be considered a vintage tool? Does this tool have any value?

The handle is missing the larger wood section but otherwise it seems to be functional and has the paperwork.

Thanks PFSard for the info. That one one ebay looks a bit newer than mine and has a good handle. That handle looks like a plastic screw driver handle. I did notice some Black and Decker right angle adapters on eBay that are very similar. As Zeke points out these designs do require using two hands to keep it from spinning.
