Milling bits?

Found a box of this stuff in the garage and don't know what to do with it or even really what it is.

The thing on the far right has the Armstrong logo on it, but after that my Google-fu failed me...

Reamers and drill bits. Thing on the far right is a parting tool holder for a lathe. Reamers are scrap now, sharpen the drill bits and the holder may clean up useable.

Well, those were reamers and twist drills. The drills will still be usable.

What are they used in? A lathe? Or something like a bridge port mill?

Reamers and drills you can use on both lathe and mill

Insert holders, lathes only...unless your in a pinch and you weld it to a beat up endmillholder and make it into a very solid boring bar.

The parting tool is used in a lathe
