Are these worth the extra expense?
Push-button release looks to be a better way to go.

You mean these? I use them, and I'll never go back. I have the industrial style couplers though,not the milton style.

They work very well, they just don't have the airflow of something like the V style.

I love mine. I'm slowly switching over. I will not go back to the old style collars.

Ive got such an array of fittings that I went to the universal type coupler that fit the 3 most popular styles. Then my son threw in a monkey wrench because the GM dealership he worked for made everyone go to the extra long style so my old 3 in one Miltons didnt work for that. Enter the newest model. CoilHose Pneumatics 5 in 1 with safety shutoff.
This is the cats azz. The shutoff exhausts the residual pressure so hose whip isnt a problem and it fits 5 of the most popular fittings.
